The Peregrine condos are located in the East Village, about 200 yards from the Super Bee Chairlift, and alongside the 8th fairway of the Copper Creek Golf Course. The building, built in 2000, also features complimentary wifi, heated underground parking and laundry facilities.

The Union Creek Townhomes sit along the banks of the West Ten Mile Creek. Features include a 2-car private garage, washer/dryer, gas fireplace, and private deck.
